For overseas families · Personal, non-medical support in India
Your parents are in India. Your peace of mind, wherever you are.
Fides is a personal, non-medical elder-support service for families living abroad. A trusted local coordinator visits your parents at home, helps with everyday routines and household arrangements, and keeps you informed in writing after every visit — so distance never means being out of touch.
A familiar face at home, plus a written update for you.
The distance dilemma
Loving them from 7,000 miles away shouldn't feel this uncertain.
You manage careers, children, and time zones — while a part of your mind stays with your parents' mornings, meals, and household. Fides exists for exactly this in-between: a calm, reliable local presence for everything that is not medical, but still matters deeply.
The quiet worry
You call every day, yet you wonder how routines, meals, and moods really are between calls.
Everyday routines
Groceries, simple reminders, appointments to line up — small tasks that pile up from afar.
Household arrangements
A plumber, an electrician, a repair that waits weeks because no trusted person is there to coordinate.
No local presence
Neighbours help when they can, but you want one accountable person who shows up on schedule.
What we do
Four kinds of support, one trusted relationship.
Everything below is personal and non-medical. If a need falls outside this scope, we will tell you plainly — before enrollment, not after.
01
Companionship & Scheduled Visits
Unhurried time together at home — conversation over chai, a walk if they wish, company that treats them as people, not patients.
Scheduled companionship visits
Conversation & everyday company
Simple reminders from your family’s own instructions
02
Everyday Assistance & Routine Support
Practical help with the small routines of daily life: restocking essentials, organising paperwork, lining up the week — always non-medical, always within an agreed scope.
Groceries & everyday errands
General routine observations
Appointment-logistics coordination
03
Household & Vendor Coordination
One accountable person to coordinate trusted local help — electricians, plumbers, appliance servicing — and confirm the work was done, so you stop chasing vendors across time zones.
Trusted vendor coordination
Repair & servicing follow-ups
Confirmation back to the family
04
Family Updates & Reporting
After every visit you receive a clear written update: how the visit went, what was done, and anything worth your attention. No vague reassurances — just honest, readable notes.
Written update after each visit
Photos where agreed
Monthly summary on Signature
A note on reminders: where a family asks us to remind a parent about something routine — including a medication schedule set by the family or their clinician — we pass along that simple reminder exactly as instructed. We never administer medication, adjust schedules, or supervise treatment. Anything clinical stays with the family’s healthcare professional.
Honest boundaries
Personal support and coordination — never medical care.
Fides provides personal, non-medical support and coordination only. We are the trusted local presence for companionship, routines, and household follow-through — not a healthcare provider.

Start with clarity · One-time service
The Founder-Led Care Assessment.
Every family is different. Before recommending ongoing support, the founder of Fides personally visits your parents, understands their daily routines, listens to their concerns, and identifies the support they genuinely need.
$200one-time · travel within the agreed scope included
The $200 fee is one-time and non-refundable, with travel within the agreed scope included. It is not credited toward a monthly plan, and no payment is taken before feasibility is confirmed. Ongoing support is separate and begins only after the service scope, availability, and monthly plan have been agreed.
1. You send an assessment inquiry below or on WhatsApp text chat.
2. We review your parents' city and support requirements.
3. We confirm in writing whether the visit is feasible — including travel, scope, and scheduling.
4. Payment is arranged only after you confirm that feasibility note.
5. The assessment is scheduled once payment and timing are confirmed.

03 · What’s included
Family Consultation
We understand your expectations as a family living abroad and discuss how Fides can support you.
04 · What’s included
Local Support Planning
We assess the practical requirements for arranging suitable local support in your parents’ city.
05 · What’s included
Personalised Support Plan
You receive a clear recommendation for the next steps and an appropriate ongoing support package.
“You speak directly with the founder from the very beginning. No generic assessments, no one-size-fits-all approach — just personal attention and a thoughtful plan built around your family.”
The assessment explores suitable local-support options with you. It does not guarantee that a particular caregiver will be found or accept the work — and if your parents’ city or needs fall outside what Fides can genuinely cover, we will tell you before any payment, not after.
Monthly plans
Two simple plans. Nothing hidden.
Families can begin with the Founder-Led Care Assessment. If ongoing support is suitable and available, Fides can then discuss an appropriate monthly plan. Final scope is always confirmed with you before enrollment — and depends on your parents' city.
Fides Presence
A steady rhythm of company and oversight for parents who are largely independent.
$200/month
Four scheduled visits per month
Up to 60 minutes per visit
Companionship & everyday support
General observations on routines & household needs
Simple reminders from your family’s own instructions
The fee covers scheduled visits, coordination time, and written updates. Caregiver wages, vendor charges, materials, transport, and any third-party costs are separate — always quoted and agreed with you before anything is spent. Need an extra visit beyond your plan? It is quoted individually and agreed in advance.
Agreed before enrollment, in writing
Your parents’ city and final scope are confirmed personally before anything begins. Rescheduling, unused visits, cancellations, and refunds are agreed in writing at that point — so just ask us anything in your inquiry. No third tiers, no 24/7 monitoring claims — just what is written above.
How it works
An hour that feels like family dropped by.
Visits are agreed with you in advance and last up to 60 minutes. Below is an example of how an agreed visit often flows — the emphasis shifts each time, depending on what your family needs most that week.
Illustrative example — not a fixed sequence or medical protocol
1
Arrival
Warm arrival & check-in
An agreed Fides representative or local support person arrives at the agreed time, greets your parents by name, and settles in. No uniforms, no clinical routine — just a familiar face.
2
Conversation
Companionship & conversation
Unhurried time together: how the week has been, family news from abroad, interests they enjoy. This is usually the heart of the visit.
3
Practical help
Agreed practical support
Whatever was agreed in advance — restocking essentials, organising a shelf, confirming an appointment, checking a repair. Small things, done carefully.
4
Afterwards
Closing & written update
The visit closes within the agreed time — up to 60 minutes — and you receive a clear written note after the visit.
Staying informed
After every visit, a note you can actually picture.
Not a score, not a chart — a short written report in plain language, so you know how the visit went even across time zones.

How the visit went
Warm welcome at the door. Spent most of the visit talking over tea — your mother showed photos from your sister’s trip, your father asked after the grandchildren. Both in good spirits.
Tasks completed
Restocked kitchen essentials from the agreed list · confirmed Thursday’s eye-clinic appointment time by phone · electrician visit for the bedroom switch scheduled for Friday morning.

About Fides
A trust-first liaison between your world and theirs.
Fides began with a simple observation: overseas families don’t need another app or helpline — they need one dependable person who knows their parents by name, shows up when promised, and writes back honestly.
We keep our role deliberately narrow: personal companionship, everyday routine support, and careful household coordination. We don’t pretend to be medical professionals, and we don’t promise what consistent human presence can’t promise. What we offer is steadier: familiarity, follow-through, and the truth about how things are at home. The founder is personally involved in every new family’s first assessment, so expectations are set by someone who has actually been in your parents’ living room.
“Fides” means trust — the quiet kind that is earned one kept promise at a time.
Founder-led assessment
The founder personally conducts the first assessment — never a generic checklist.
Agreed visit scope
Schedule and scope are agreed with you in writing before anything begins.
Written visit updates
A clear note after every completed visit, under the agreed service.
Permission-based photos
Photos are taken and shared only with appropriate permission.
Clear escalation
If something needs attention or falls outside our scope, you hear it from us promptly.
Confidential handling
Family details are handled responsibly and shared only as the service requires.
These are the service commitments we work to — practical promises about how we operate, not credentials or awards. We hold no medical certifications, and we show no client testimonials until real families choose to share them.
Questions, answered plainly
Everything families usually ask first.
Fides provides personal, non-medical elder support in India for families living abroad: scheduled companionship visits (up to 60 minutes), everyday routine assistance, household and vendor coordination, and clear written updates after every visit. Think of us as your trusted local liaison — not a care agency, not a clinic.
Begin gently
Tell us about your parents. We’ll take it from there — carefully.
No pressure, no payment today. Just a thoughtful conversation about routines, needs, and whether we can genuinely help in their city.
Share a few details and we’ll reply personally: confirming your parents’ city, asking thoughtful follow-ups, and agreeing the scope in writing before anything begins.
